  • How does Bubble & Tumble Laundry Co. work?

    It’s simple! Schedule your pickup, prepare your laundry, and we’ll take care of the rest. Orders placed before 9 AM qualify for Next Day Delivery, while those placed before 3 PM will be returned in 2 days. Your freshly cleaned, folded laundry is delivered right back to your door!

  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently serve the Greater St. Louis area (Missouri side only). If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service range, feel free to contact us!

  • Do you operate every day of the week?

    We are open Monday through Saturday, but we do not operate on Sundays. As a family-owned business, our faith is important to us, and we choose to set Sundays aside for rest and worship.

    Any orders placed on Saturday will be returned on Monday instead of the usual next-day turnaround.

  • How do I schedule a pickup?

    You can schedule a pickup through our website. Just choose your preferred service and delivery window, and we’ll handle the rest! Orders placed before 9 AM are returned the next day, and orders placed before 3 PM are returned in 2 days.

  • Can I choose my exact pickup or delivery time?

    No, we schedule routes based on efficiency. However, you can choose between Next Day Delivery (order by 9 AM) and 2-Day Delivery (order by 3 PM).

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my pickup?

    Yes, but cancellations within 2 hours of the booking slot (9 AM or 3 PM) will incur a $10 service fee. Orders cannot be canceled after pickup.

  • Do I need to sort my laundry?

    Only if you have special care items. If you need air drying, delicate wash, or specific preferences, please place those items in a separate, labeled bag. Otherwise, we handle the sorting for you!

  • Can you remove stains?

    We do our best, but we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. If you have a tough stain, let us know, and we’ll use the best approach to treat it!

  • Do you offer hypoallergenic or fragrance-free detergent?

    Yes! We offer free & clear detergent upon request. Just let us know when booking.

  • What happens if an item is lost or damaged?

    We take great care with your laundry, but if something goes missing or is damaged beyond normal wear, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • How much does laundry service cost?

    Our pricing is based on the service tier you choose:

    Breezy Basics (Wash & Sort Only) – $0.75 per lb

    Classic Clean (Wash, Dry, Fold + Air-Dry on Request) – $1.00 per lb

    Ultimate Care (Wash, Dry, Fold + Automatic Air-Dry, Ironing & Mending) – $1.50 per lb

  • When is payment processed?

    Payment is charged after your laundry is washed, folded, and weighed.

  • What if I use smaller bags instead of standard 12-gallon bags?

    No problem at all! If you're using smaller bags, just estimate how many it would take to equal a standard 12-gallon kitchen trash bag. For example, two small bags might count as one regular bag. We’ll adjust your total accordingly once we receive and weigh your laundry—so you’re only charged for what you send!

  • What happens if I’m not home for pickup or delivery?

    Please leave your laundry in a designated, secure location and let us know. We will return your clean laundry the same way.

  • Do you have a minimum weight requirement for orders?

    We don’t require a minimum number of pounds per order—you can send as much or as little laundry as you need. However, due to processing costs, we do have a $10 minimum charge for all orders. If your laundry weighs less than the amount needed to meet that minimum based on your chosen tier, your total will still be rounded up to $10.
